24 Hr Cancellation Policy

To protect your dietitian's time, we require 24 hours noticevia text (+1 888-532-2115), email (support@berrystreet.co), or by canceling the appointment at app.berrystreet.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason.

If you provide less than 24 hours notice, we will charge your card on file a late change fee in order to compensate your provider. Late change fees are as follows:

• Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT): $75

• Prescribing Appointments: $49

If you are 15 minutes late (or more) to your appointment without notice, we will consider this a no-show and will charge your card on file the applicable fee based on the appointment type ($75 for MNT or $49 for prescribing). It is at the discretion of your provider to have a shorter appointment.

Package Refunds

Upon the day of purchase for any session packages, you may have up to 30 Days to receive a refund for any unused sessions. After 30 Days, you may not be refunded for any unused sessions.
