Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach and shouldn’t be treated as such.

You can expect your nutrition sessions to consist of individualized medical nutrition therapy. Peyton takes the time to focus on your medical history, review your present & past relationships with food, and create realistic, personalized goals for your nutrition journey.

Example of Medical Nutrition Therapy

Nutrition Concerns: Menopause, Hormone Imbalance, and Weight Management

Duration: 3 Month Program with Biweekly Nutrition Assessments (60 Minutes Each)

Treatment: Food Journal Review, Nutrition Education on Portion Sizes, Estrogen + Progesterone Producing Foods, Personalized SMART Goal Setting, and Weekly Personalized Meal Plans
